Mesti you all sbuk duk tnya pe lah menatang PIPE tuh mentang-mentanglah PETRONAS sume program nk letak related to oil & gas activities hehehhehe.. basically PIPE tuh stand for Program Induction for Petronas Excutives hehhehehehhe… dlu this program lama dlm 3 - 2 months but during my turn is only 2 weeks mungkin tk de budget hahhahahhahah… This program IS COMPULSORY to all NEW executives. We need to attend this program before we report duty to our department.
Tp I kan selalo create masalah. Konon nk spesel lah tuh!! Hahahhahahaha so I joined this program after 2 months working with PETRONAS. First reason because no PIPE session during fasting month, secondly because I m going to audit field work at Kerteh so kene postponed and lastly nobody informed me when is my PIPE session. Huh!! Gle gempaq havoc satu PETRONAS sbb I deffered I nya PIPE session… kecoh smpai ker VP HR… gle dasyat I nih mencapap je hehheheh..
So, during this program all new exec including me hehehe have been exposed to the PETRONAS’s mission, vision, brand values, culture, expectation and etc… byk tau we all belajar sampai penat kepala hotak nk absorb sume bnda serentak … kelas dr pg smpai ptg and mlm smbg group discussion….

Wateva it is , it still FUN and ENJOY!!! Meet new people and build new networking… fasi pulak tuh pergh gle terbaik sporting and sgt baik.. so I think my batch we are so lucky…. Thank you mr lim and mr alias… another thing yg terbaik.. FOOD!!! We had 6 perfect meals per day!! Agak2 dpt tk I tahan for my diet?? Mestilah tak!! Tewas jugak!! Sedap babe…. Yummyyyy!!!! Perfecto!! Waaalllaaahhhhhh!!

Other than that hurrmmm alaaaaa biasa lah program mcm nih we have to learn a technique how to do a good presentation and be confident!!! Communication skills, how to handle peers and bosses… basically this all just a theory and we have to go through on it and then we will know how to react and apply the theory accordingly…

But for my personal opinion, wherever we go, wherever we stay, we have to know how to adapt the new culture and environment to ensure we can fix into it. Respect peers, senior staffs and bosses like what we want they do the same thing to us! That’s the key thing! R E S P E C T!! Lagi, we have to watch our work and also our own ass!! We donno what they are thinking about us or what they wanna do to us.. so to be safe… cover yourself and JANGAN MENYIBUK HAL ORG!!!!

so enjoy the pictures!!we need to construct twin tower klcc by two diff teams by using LEGO. i guess all of you know that this twin towers are constructed by two different contractors Japanese and Korean. How different they are they are still able to construct a twin tower TOGETHER. think about it!!
