K U R U S

Assalamualaikum....
Hows your second day of puasa? Alaaaa... sure no problem punya. i'm sure most of us had done our 'puasa' practise during puasa sunat dalam bulan Rejab and Syaaban. SubhanaAllah, Allah Maha Besar. Setiap apa yang dirancang ada hikmahnya. Kita hamba Dia yang lemah tak nampak or didnt realise about that. if we really grab that opportunity mesti sekarang kite dh biasa berpuasa. kan?
insyaAllah. We can do it!

memerlukan bantuan!! tdak kurus lagi.
Actually, i wanna share with all of you about my journey to kurus or slim down. Naaa!!! not yet achieve my dream weight but progressively insyaAllah. 






supplement

i had tried so many things, buy so many products, do so many things to kurus but still the result not so encouraging. At last, i decided to try one product HERBALIFE. yes, the product is so expensive. If you guys really used it as per what your coach asked you to do, one product can last about two weeks and it priced you almost RM300++ (do not know the exact amount sbb disponsor hikhik).

Basic product
My mum tried dis product as well bukan sbb nk kurus but for her supplement. Actually, dis product is really good for your body. Like the tea, it will boost up your energy level. Mcm puasa ni pun Alhamdulilah minum tea ni tak lah rasa penat... Wateva it is, it's all happened not because of this product, sbb Allah izinkan semua berlaku.


my boss
Kat opis pun, my boss dah terinfluence used dis product. kos he said he saw i m losing my weight. i said maybe because of herbalife. actually, all my colleagues in my office already knew about my obsession to slim down. some of them said i already kurus. but for my own satisfaction i m still wanna slim down and lost another kilos. in one day, i only took 1 "controlled" meal. the rest makan shake. but slalonya i controlled it by myself. lama2 you all used to it and tak mkn banyak dah.

other than that, maybe sbb i went to Umrah last time. the weather there is hot and the distance between our hotel and Masjid quite far. so boleh dikatakan hari2 'exercise.' i cant deny it helps me to lose my weight. Alhamdulilah doa dimakbulkan.


5 months program
hah!!! satu lagi i joined one program conducted at my office. "FIT CHALLENGE" the prize quite interesting. so, ape lagi join lah program ni. Mana tau leh kurus. InsyaAllah.... one of the advice given by the instructor is to take balance diet and do your exercise. See!!! benda basic. all of us can do it. But we have to do it in a right way. if not, it will be waste less. no result.









Gals, whateva it is how big we are, how chubby we are, how fat we are just make sure we are in a good health condition. tak semestinya yang kurus tuh dijamin sihat. Cuma yang bdn berisi ni berisiko besar. so, take care of your health and puasa may help us to regain our healthy life.
