PAVLOVA - sharing is caring

to all my fwens who interested to try and make your own pavlova taraaaa.. the recipe. (repost this entry to inspire mummy and ms to cook during puasa)



Bahan-bahan for maringue:

2 biji telur ayam- portion putih

200 gram castor gula


Bahan-bahan for top:

Whipped cream

Buah-buahan ie strawbery, kiwi, cherry etc


Cara-cara:

Pukul telur putih (portion yang putih) but still telur ayam sampai kembang. Make sure die betul2 kembang.

Then, put in gula pastu mixed it again.

Pukul acuan for about 15 minit sampai die betul2 sebati and ringan.

Bakar dlm 100C for about 1 1/2 hours (depending on ur oven).


Tips: dont use too high temprature. kos die cepat hangit.

monitor ur maringue closely to avoid die hangit.


After dah masak, letakkan whipped cream on top of ur maringue then after that letak lah buah.

better used sour fruits so that u will get a mixture of taste.

p/s maringue will be too sweet. so, for those yg ade diabetis or kencing manis better jgn makn or eat in a small portion.

mungkin lebih tepat...2 biji putih telur kowt..telur putih tu telur itik kan.. sebab entry ko yg dulu lah aku terliur nakk makan pavlova...hmm dap dap dap
